Instructions for File Submissions
- Artwork files must be submitted in editable, layered Illustrator (Ai) or Photoshop (psd) format files
- Scale ratio should be 1:1
- File resolution should be 300 dpi or higher
- Files must be submitted in CMYK color format
- All graphic elements in the artwork must be embedded and all fonts must be included for download
- Include a low resolution (72 dpi) jpg version of the artwork for quality control
- Include a pdf version of the artwork for quality control and color proofing
- We do not proofread files
Size Requirements
When producing the same graphic for different size coolers, files often don’t scale proportionately to any output size, therefore accuracy is very important. Our exact specifications and sizes are outlined in our Decal Dimensions Kit with precise information on the minimum and maximum dimensions to achieve this result. Please keep all critical elements within the minimum area, while extending background colors or pictures to fill the maximum area.
We will confirm when the files are received and send them to our creative department for verification. Next we will send you proof to be signed off before going to production.
